Newly Refurbished Homely 4BR in Sherwood

Location was close to the hospital, which is what I needed. The team at Primshortstays are very responsive and do keep you informed.

Not very clean, settees were covered in crumbs. Part of my fee was £90 for a cleaner. Not sure what they do for £90. Things they don't tell you until you've paid, parking is on street permit but they don't have one. Only one space is permit free and for a 4 bed house that is no good. Take a deposit for damages after you've paid. (Quick to refund it on departure). I had to take and submit photos of damages on my arrival. Back fence is down and maybe a security risk. Windows open on arrival. No alarm system.

Could've done with a few more kitchen utensils and basics like salt and pepper.

The location is fine. The rooms were clean and adequate.

I have written in detail a report and sent to you. As in my report the approach to the property via a slope is unkempt with brambles and dangerous unhinged gate. Inside the property not enough kitchen equipment to serve the amount of guests the property can sleep. No banister rail so un suitable for elderly people or anyone with a disability.

All the rooms were of a very good standard. The lounge was very comfortable. Easy access

There was rubbish bags and full bins on the drive. The front and back garden were very overgrown. The path to the house was blocked by an overgrown rose bush, which I had to cut down
