Great location for what I was doing. Bedrooms were great and the bar where I had supper.

I stayed an extra night as I loved it so much.

Perfect for a solo traveller. Staff are very attentive , friendly and always professional. Rooms are fabulous. A touch of luxury and everything you need. Food is amazing. Situated in a quaint little village in a beautiful part of Suffolk. Cosy bars and good outdoor space to sit in if weather is warm enough. The courtyard was ideal for me, as a solo traveller. I felt comfortable sitting alone, enjoying a drink and reading my book. This had been my second visit to The Crown and I shall definitely be returning.

Comfortable rooms , Good food . Old building with character Thickly carpeted rooms helping with soundproofing Staff kindly moved us to a room not above the bar

Not a complaint but would have been helpful to be more clear which breakfast option was included as part of the package. We just ordered one item from menu but other hotel guests seemed to be brought plate after plate :-) So perhaps it’s more generous than we thought .

Attentive staff. Classy environment. Great food. Excellent as usual.

After a recent operation my stay could have been improved had the existing lift not been out of action

The parking and location was great, peaceful and quiet. The place had a lovely ambience and the staff were so friendly.
