"Highly recommend"

Fabulous traditional inn, comfortable rooms and a warm welcome. Plenty of parking. Excellent food and drink and the staff were friendly and approachable. Great location for exploring the area.

Toiletries and towels all nice quality. Would have been good to have bathrobes in the room but not essential.

"We thought the hotel was very pretentious and over-priced"

The breakfast was good, the room comfortable but it had a boring view in spite of the hotel not being full, for the price paid, we would have appreciated a ' room with a view'

There was only one chair for 2 people, the cost of a glass of wine too expensive and the cost for a bottle ridiculous
