DREAM STATION 5TERRE

So convenient, next to station, v near supermarket. Large rooms. Great aircon. Excellent communication with owners. No noise from street with windows shut.

Nothing. 4 floors up but knew about them and took them slowly so no problem.

Location just next to train station is excellent. We chose Spezia to visit Cinque Terre by train. Breakfast is in the cafe just downstairs.

The apartment is located in a house without elevator, so you need to take your luggage to the 4th floor, many stairs.

Location. Great air conditioning in v warm temps. Big bedrooms. Very well presented. Owners had made a big effort to ensure the property was comfortable and welcoming.

4 flights of stairs but we knew that before we booked. Good for the heart rate though.

The apartment is fantastic,2 very large bedrooms,very comfortable beds,double glazes windows so you don't hear any noise from the train station across the road,a short walk to many restaurants and about 20 min walk to the Port for the ferry.Nice modern bathroom and a small but useful kitchen with plenty of glasses and plates.Mary was very efficient and codes and access to apartment was all sent well before arrival.

Nothing As mentioned in previous reviews there are 4 flights of stairs to climb,which didn't bother us but if you don't like stairs maybe this isn't for you.

Excellent location : in front of the train station but eell soundproofed. Breakfast is a plus. Nice decoration and lay out for the apartment. Comfortable beds.

Be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor, only stairs

The apartment was beautiful and clean, and being so close to the train station was ideal for our family. The windows were insulated well, so there was very little traffic noise, so nights were very restful.

We loved everything about our stay.
