The location is opposite the station, very easy to visit cinque terre. The flat is pretty sound proof even though next to the station. The room are decent size and very clean. The check in is very easy, and the inclusive breakfast downstairs is very good.

It's on the 4th floor without lift, so if you have very heavy luggage or can't climb stairs would be an issue. My mom keeps saying it would be a bonus to have a full size mirror in the flat
