B&B Harlington Manor

David, the host, converted me to seeking out 18th century teapots and 18th century antiques after drinking from a teapot dating from 1775 at breakfast which was very nice. We were in the room in which John Bunyan was condemned. I had to pinch myself. Far from cold, the heating in the bedroom was on and we were very warm. What more could one ask for?

The bed was a little high off the ground but we managed and were thankfully warm. The bathroom was equally grand and the shower worked well, but it was not ideal for someone with disabilities.

Second stay in 5 weeks , very nice room , David is a great host, very good breakfast, ideally situated for train into London, look forward to staying again in the future.

A grand old country house with large comfortable rooms that are furnished with period pieces.

A little better lighting for the winter evenings outside between the parking and the house.
