This is a basement flat with no windows. It was very clean comfortable and well appointed. There is air conditioning in the bedroom only. The host was friendly and helpful. It is only 5 minutes walk to the town and 10mins to the train station for Rome. The streets of Frascati are cobbles and it is quite hilly so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues. Taxis will not come to the flat for pickup you have to go to the centre of town but will drop off.

No windows and courtyard was very functional so not particularly nice to sit in.

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito. Facilissimo da raggiungere dal parcheggio coperto vicino. Essendo in centro sono rare le possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto, ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Attraverso una corte interna si raggiunge l’appartamento parzialmente seminterrato, manca quindi di un po di luce ma non è stato un problema in quanto di giorno eravamo sempre fuori. Molto curato l’arredamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno

Un po’ di odore di umidità si avvertiva nonostante la presenza di profumatori e ventole ad aria forzata.

Appartamento veramente molto bello, curato e pulito. Rispecchia esattamente le foto pubblicate. La proprietaria, Barbara è un host attenta e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Appartamento centrale ma situato in una zona tranquilla. Vicino a ristoranti, forni, bar. Grazie Barbara per lo splendido soggiorno, ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Het appartementen complex is wat gehorig, dus je kon je buren horen. Vond ik echter niet storend.
