Location excellent, the place was really nice , perfect for a weekend away for 2 friends wanting a room each. Lovely outdoor area , great lounge and kitchen . Off street parking.. Good value for money.

I actually can't think of anything that could be improved, it was perfect for us.

Location was awesome. Right in the middle

The security lights that kept coming on and staying on for 5 mins. They can on continuously and randomly. My only thinking was that there are cobwebs on them and the wind kept blowing the cobwebs, turning the lights on continuously. The hosts did tell us about them - on the day that we arrived, and provided eye masks. However, it was super annoying. Both bedrooms suffered from it. Maybe some maintenance and cleaning of the lights would fix it and maybe only have them turn on for 2 mins not 5.

Easy access to the villa, nicely appointed, well furnished with everything we need for a few days. Great location, easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Matakana.

only one downside was the outside sensor lights in the back that went off in the night waking us, these don't seem to be the villas lights though so probably out of their control.
