During my stay at the Olive Green Loft apartment, a recurring issue was the sudden appearance of puddles on the kitchen floor at random intervals throughout the day, posing a safety hazard. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to the owners via the provided contact number on booking.com, as well as contacting booking.com customer service, there was no response. Additionally, during the initial two nights, essential kitchenware was missing, necessitating a purchase (I have receipts) While no communication was received from the owners, a bag with the missing items mysteriously appeared outside the door on day three. However, the lack of responsiveness remained concerning. Despite the well-designed and spacious apartment, the lack of customer service was a significant disappointment. As someone working in the theatre industry, returning to the apartment each night to puddles of water was distressing. This happened during the entire stay. Furthermore, the location presented challenges due to congregating individuals near the entrance. People getting high, drinking smoking and being loud throughout the night was hard to deal with. This is at not fault of the owners. Although the apartment itself was appealing, improvements such as cleaning the windows, replacing old filthy blinds, and addressing the water leak and furniture damages are necessary. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this space to fellow theatre professionals seeking a secure environment while on tour due to the associated stress and safety concerns.

GBLocation is central, on a side street so apartment is actually quite quiet. Very comfortable, decent kitchen & bathroom.
Key safe was a little bit awkward (especially with luggage as the pavement is narrow) but not that bad.
