The water was normally cold and hot water was coming from the heater. The room was not having A/C connected. The receptionist needs Rs. 500 extra to connect A/C.

The hotel shall not be rated as 3 star hotel. My room was allotted in the second floor but the lift provided was very old and did not work well at all. The normal hotels without star rated have much better lifts and they are new ones. The service was not provided 24 hours. There is no restaurant inside the hotel. Even to drink a coffee, I need to go outside and buy it from a coffee shop about 250 meters away. The hotel location is not pondy bazaar. It is located in Maharajapuram Santhanam Street. The taxi driver took long time to figure out the right location.

The room is not value for the money paid. The bedsheet was dirty and it's well maintained for the amount we paid. Suitable for bachelor whom travelling for budget stay only. Not recommended for family or females.

Friendly staff and executive behaviour. Was also helpful with giving proper guidance of city. Facilities were good indeed and good proximity with T nagar. Very good experience 👍.
