"Not bad, but need some improvements"

24 Hour A/C and Heater

Complementary soap, shampoo missing, at least they can provide tea, coffee at morning time. Daily cleaning is missing. salt water only no metro water. Facility is available but maintenance is poor, need to improve more.

It's my mistake that I have wrongly select this hotel by seeing the ratings in your website. This is hotel not at all up to the basic standards and why you people giving preference to this type of hotels. It's waste of my money and I have not even slept on that night. They have not provided water bottle, AC not upto the mark and AC remote not even in working conditions and hotel people's not cleaning the room properly and it's like a booth bangala. And the bed cot is totally waste. Please avoid the good ratings to this hotel. And this is my genuine review for others and please don't prefer this hotel

"Not worth the Money. We suppose to stay another 8 days but looking at the condition we change plan."

No water at the time of Support to checking-in 9.00 . We were force to stay out with friends house and come back to hotel at 9.00 pm
