this Hotel has been completely renovated with beautiful furniture and fittings - but retaining its character! the bed was so huge and comfortable and we enjoyed the lovely bath! the food was great, breakfast included. we will return

lack of Parking although the free car park just round the corner in Newtown Street was fine.

It was a great location for the reason we went

Cosy, relaxed, with a stylishly finished room, bar area and dining room.

Walking distance from centre of town

Really clean and exceptionally comfortable bed, good shower and very modern following a refurb last year. The towels were fabulously fluffy 😃 Jamie and his staff were all lovely, professional and helpful, thank you for a great stay

In all honesty I’m being picky as the room surpassed my expectations and would have loved a few things: hairdryer, shower cap as overhead shower only, but they are minor!

Breakfast was OK - eggs could have done with being cooked morw

Only one tiny criticism - there was no mirror in the bedroom only one over the sink in the bathroom. Apart from that couldn't fault the place - it was perfect
