The Cellar on Hornby

Excellent apartment all items needed for a comfortable stay. Host even put heating on for my arrival so the rooms warm when I got in.

Weather

Less than 2 mins from the promenade and 5 mins from the town, the Cellar was a sanctuary of peace. So, so silent throughout the night. The Cellar has all you need for a stay and, although we only stayed for one night, we could have stayed for a week without wanting for anything. Everything seemed new and spotless. I cannot see how they make profit with the charges they apply! The parking was not an issue with a simple 100m walk between the car park and the apartment. We were also lucky to fall into a musical afternoon at a nearby pub (the Tide and Tap) with a lovely young singer Jannie, who had a voice like molten chocolate. The beer was good too! I will definitely be visiting again and, although I would like to keep it secret, I unequivocally recommend the Cellar and Morecambe to everyone.
