I like the location and the comfort

Property was beautiful just on the outside of town only a short tuk tuk in. Everything you need for a self contained stay. The views from this property were insane, make sure you sit outside in the dark to watch the firefly’s!! Also highly recommend the Temezcal 100 meters down the road amazing authentic experience.

Wifi didn’t work I never mentioned it so it’s on me, shower pressure wasn’t the best but that’s what you get for this amazing location.

The location was great, we brought our bikes, easy ride to town. Great trip and a very nice cabin. Thank you.

We had trouble Finding right pin and we called them a bunch of times n they never called back.

It was clean. We had a lot of privacy. The cabin had everything we needed. I like to walk so the 20 minute walk into town was enjoyable. There is also a beautiful restaurant close by that we truly enjoyed.

Convenient location and very clean and comfortable had everything you need to cook and even a blender.

There was hot water, the place was clean. The internet worked well after being adjusted by the employee. The scenery and environment were beautiful. The cabin itself was pretty comfortable. The aesthetic of the cabin was pretty nice and the fireplace added charm to the place. The kitchen was sufficient and there were utensils. The owner/manager was very responsive to my messages and tried to help as much as possible.

There weren't any mats in the bathroom to use after showering, there wasn't even a small soap in the bathroom. The check-in time listed on Booking.com should've been honored, or at least it should have been communicated to me that I should check-in later than the given check-in time (prior to my arrival at the cabin). I got there and had to wait quite a while for the cabin to be cleaned so that I could've occupied it. The internet didn't work when I arrived (my phone and internet data plan wasn't able to connect either), so it was very difficult trying to get in contact with the property owner/manager (or anyone, for that matter), upon arriving at the cabin. Opening and closing the gate to get onto the property was a challenge each time I left and returned. The property wasn't properly fenced, so when I got back in the night after dinner, I met a pitbull dog on the property (on the inside of the gate), if I couldn't connect to the property's wifi from the road, and I entered the property, God forbid I had gotten mauled or badly attacked by that dog. God alone knows how anyone, let alone my family would've known what had happened to me.

Fantastic location, not too far from the center of San Jose and close to a lot of amazing lookouts to see the sunset from. The cabin has great cooking facilities, a gas cooktop and oven, an outdoor and indoor fireplace, comfortable beds and easy accessibility by car or motorcycle.

The shower water stream in both the shower and the sinks was weak and the lighting wasn't as illuminating as you'd expect. Some of the windows can't be opened so it could get a bit stuffy, opening the door for a short time solves the problem.
