Cosy Barn A rural location near Tintagel

The barn is perfect for exploring the North Cornwall coast. We went to St Nectans Tintagel, Boscastle and Trebarwith Sands all within 10-15 min drive. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, crockery, pots and pans so we were able to cook easily. There is an oven, gas hobs, a toaster and a fridge freezer. Very clear instructions on recycling which we appreciated. We bought food from the farm shop in Boscastle and the supermarket in Launceston on our way. The table and chairs we took out for breakfast and dinner and made use of the games provided. The bed on the mezzanine was very comfortable, we loved having the velux windows to look up at the stars at night. The bedding was so comfy! I loved the pillows. The bathroom was incredibly clean and the shower was hot. The cleaning products the owner used smelt so good! There was a hairdryer and washing machine provided and some body wash products available. We were lucky with the weather so got to sit out on the suntrap courtyard after our days adventuring! We got to take in the beautiful garden, numerous cat visits and birds flying around. In the evening, we saw bats and heard owls at night. When the sun goes down, there is an amazing sunset on the front of the house if you stand out in the lane. We had a wonderful break - thank you so much for having us

Lovely little charming cottage with all the facilities you would need, amazing shower wet room, very comfy large king-size bed, gorgeous kitchen. Everything decorated to high standard, really clean. My favourite thing was in the morning having breakfast and coffee in the garden. Very peaceful area with stunning coastline views from back of the property. Would definitely recommended as a little getaway

Loved everything.

Beautiful little place in a beautiful setting. Communication with the host was perfect from the moment I made the booking. The setting was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway from the hassles of work and life. The outside and inside of the Cosy Barn are absolutely spot-on. Everything you could possibly need is there, I loved not having a TV and could just switch-off from everything. A short drive and walk into Tintagel and all the attractions there.

We loved the cooking facilities, the under floor heating as well as the very efficient wood burner, the mezzanine was a bit quirky but we loved the freedom to sleep with the windows open to the stars and to be woken by the Dawn chorus. Spacious bathroom and good sized sofa/ lounger to relax on

The location and facilities were excellent and really good value for money. Cosy Barn had relaxing welcoming feel. Real highlight was seeing so many stars through the Skylights.
