La habitación era cómoda

El personal no fue muy amable, la alberca no estuvo disponible durante nuestra estancia. Nos habían asignado otra habitación qué no era la que pedimos, al final nos dieron la correcta.

La ubicación

El internet es malo. Me tocó que estaban dando mantenimiento a las instalaciones y estaba un poco desordenado de ahí en más estaba bien.

The bed was comfortable and the AC a must in Bacalar. Also it benefited from a nice view on the Laguna.

The bed sheets had holes, the towels were outdated and the sink was instable. Also you have to keep in mind that there's quite some noise in this area (party places). The wooden rood attracts lots of pigeons, which can be noisy too. Although it's nice hearing birds while waking up!

Localização excelente, pertinho do balneário público e a três quadras do centrinho.

As fotos do Booking são incríveis. Mas nos deram os piores quartos, longe da área bonita, onde há as melhores vistas e a piscina. Os funcionários não interagem. Não espere nada deles. Devem ser muito mal pagos.

Nettes Hotel. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Renovierung wäre angebracht.

Alle zimmer hatten die Fenster zum Gang/Balkon, wodurch jeder in jedes Zimmer schauen konnte.

Très bel hôtel, bien placé dans Bacalar avec une piscine très agréable. Le personnel est à l’écoute et disponible.
