Very courteous staff. Prompt room service. They were very considerate and gave us an early check-in for one of our rooms since we had arrived early in the morning after a long journey. Would definitely consider staying here when I visit the city again.

I did not appreciate being called by the hotel manager to make an advance payment before arrival, since our booking clearly stated that we would directly have to pay at the hotel. However, they backed-off immediately after I refused and did not push it further. Other than this the experience was pretty flawless.

Location is best in terms of conectivity. And staff are very helpful and co operative. Recommended

Gyser switch wasn't on all the time, had to ask everytime for it. Air conditioners were not on all the times. People were staying there, still the AC main switches were on the reception area which they turned off even when their customers needed it while sleeping. Even drinking water bottles were provided only because they wanted good reviews. Not at all a good stay on the basis of the facilities provided.

Location is very near to many prominent places.

For Hot water, we have to call the room service everytime during night.

The image provided looks entirely different than the real room.

It’s in a local area. Mostly people doesn’t like it. It’s seems like a lots of noise from outside
