Hotel Grand Park Inn

There is no response from hotel. Driver call to ask location they did not respond

There is no separate breakfast lobby. Old style A/C which create noise in the room.

Very congested reception without washroom. You have to use room washroom instead.

Room service is good

Hotel is in a very congested narrow, busy street with no parking for any cars. Had a leaky pipe in the bathroom and AC was leaking water as well

Everything was good....service ..staff food etc..

Lift was slow ..no car parking

Nothing. It's horrible

The hotel was filthy dirty when we arrived, and our taxi pulled up outside my heart sank as we waded through ankle deep garbage in the street outside. . The rooms are smelly. The air-conditioner didn't work. The bathroom was mouldy and had no hot water. I don't think our room was cleaned after the last guest deported. The bed sheets and pillows were filthy. And to top it off there was a pair of dirty house slippers in a freezer bag. I wouldn't let my pet dog stay there.

The staff is extremely well behaved, considerate and welcoming. Would definitely love to revisit and also recommend to friends and family!
