Staff was great, helped us with any question. People in this hotel are the best

It could have been cleaner

The team at Grand Park Inn had all the answers we needed, and more. They made our trip safe, enjoyable and exciting. This included extra tips on how to tip, the culture and how not get scammed by the hussle of Delhi. The grand master Madan "Morpheus" Pai predicted our future and sorted out all the issues we thought we had and the ones we had not even had yet. This included being able to currency exchange and organise our very efficient driver Anil to take us quickly and safely to wherever we needed to get to. The other staff also gave amazing suggestions on our sight seeing and how to see all the temples and excitement of Delhi while stopping off at authentic, healthy and sanitary restaurants. The bell staff were also lovely and pandered to our every request, no matter what time. Thank you once again.

Breakfast was really nice and very satisfied with serving it hot. Just that the location was a bit untigdy and the surrounding was not well enough to suit for sitting

Cleanliness needs to be better taken care and surrounding for the sitting arrangement needs to be improved guest experience.

Madan Pai, the host made sure everything was comfortable. I had a great time. I also ordered food and it tasted great. Overall it was a good experience to stay in the Grand Park Inn

Nothing to complain

The staff is really helpful and kind. Always available and willing to service. The hotel is clean. There is enough hot water and they are flexible with the arrival / check out times. We received an upgrade for free in our third night. They have laundry service and is quite fast- within the same day. They have toilet paper.

The street outside is quite busy, so the noise can be a bit loud but after 10 pm goes quiet. I guess this is because of the city, which is really crowded but this would happen in any other hotel in Delhi. Many motorcycle repair shops in the surroundings so not really suitable to take a walk around. Better to order a taxi :)
