Cozy Retreat King Bed Fast Wi-Fi Beach

Location to our event and it was quiet. Host was responsive.

Needs upgrades- sheets did not fit the bed- kept coming off. Towels were rough. Need fabric softener. Need bath mats in the bathrooms. Blinds in bedroom did not cover the window. Tv remote did not work- had to go buy batteries. No explanation of how to get in the building. Had to call for the code- thought it would be in my email but was on booking. Just minor things but they add up.

Pot holes in the parking lot. Struggled with using the tv.

The pool area was very clean and inviting, especially for families. Parking was plentiful. Accessing the condo was a breeze. The rooms were spacious and the unit comfortably fit our party of six. It had a great central location to shops and restaurants and was good for a quick getaway with the kids.

We kept finding trash/left behind items in the unit. There was a large McDonald's cup in one of the bathroom drawers. There was no iron, ironing board, ice machine (someone left a bag of ice in the freezer, the thermostat needed to be fixed, the light fixture above our bed could fall at any moment, there was no soap to wash hands (we brought our own), and the patio doors were a bit difficult to open.

Loved the location. The condo was comfortable, roomy, and had most of what we needed for the first day or two. There was a toaster, coffeemaker, and a terrific bath tub! Roomy master bathroom!

Needed hand soap by the sinks and a few more towels. Slow drain in the secondary shower. Clothes washer had mold in the soap tray and on gaskets. The skillet cabinet was a bit of a rusty skillet graveyard.
