Rooms are good, swimming pool also, Water and drinking water facilities were good, Wifi facility also available

Only defect I found was Bathroom/toilet for 4A "serinity" which was adjacent to near by rooms bathroom. The top portion of both bathrooms were open and so there was no privacy. So it would be better to close the upper portion of these bathrooms.

The rooms are good, the mattress is very comfortable, the room clean, WiFi working great, towels provided, very good location

If you want to be able to sleep, you must buy earplugs! Too noisy from the below road and from people talking loud in the stairs. Not possible to pay by credit card.

The roof pool was an appreciated addition and really like the location and neighborhood, everything was walking distance but loved the less-touristy vibe of Mission Street. The staff was super friendly too

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, feels like a missed opportunity
