The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta- All Inclusive

The location was excellent. We went and hung out in the beach lounge chairs every morning. After the beach, we went to the Hacienda pool, where the staff was superb. We found the staff throughout the resort were superb!

The Hacienda is an older resort, showing its age. The cushions on most of the chairs in the restaurants were stained. The food was sub-par and the choices on the menus were limited.

The room was clean, the property was kept well and upgraded.

Staff has no idea what is going on with the property or how to explain the property is consist of 2 different areas. You need to figure it out yourself. It is advertised as all inclusive and you are expected to make a reservation at their restaurants by 10 am daily to secure a spot to be able to dine. If you are checking in which almost everyone at noon or later, you will be eating at the buffet which is the same food every day and super limited food. We had to go through hell to secure a spot at a dinner which waited over an hour for food. Food is just low to average quality even at Mexican restaurant. They say they are fully booked but when you eat there is nothing full about it. You can’t order more than 1 item apparently which was new to us at an all inclusive concept. Sushi restaurant that doesn’t serve sushi. Elevator doesn’t work so you are climbing up to the 5th floor. Breakfast is worse than continental and lunch is below average with tasteless burgers and a few other options. Liquor brands are unheard of and almost everything is at the other property not where you are staying. No options to drink but a hole in the wall lobby bar at the other property after 9pm. I wouldn’t come back here ever.

-All pool areas are very good -Beachfront access -The Hacienda area is really comfortable, with great green areas, clean, and with good atmosphere (music, staff, drinks, etc.) -Coffee shops at the resort are great -Staff provides great costumer service

-Food is a bit bland -There are a la carte restaurants, but need to make a reservation. Thus the first day the buffette is the only option which provides not so good food. -The rooms have a good comfortable design but it shows some signs of wear and tear

La televisión de la habitación no cuenta con internet por lo que no tienes acceso a plataformas como Netflix etc....

The stay was great. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We really appreciated being able to keep using the hotel facilities even after check-out while waiting for our evening flight. The restaurants (the French and the Italian) and the drinks were excellent. The location is also convenient, with useful places like pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, and it was easy to go out and explore the city.

Even though the hotel is beautiful and well-designed, some details in the room needed better care. The shower was working, but looked poorly installed and had visible limescale. The desk had a stained and worn area. The door seemed misaligned. We also noticed some signs of past water infiltration behind the open closet area and on part of the ceiling. These are small maintenance details, but they do make a difference.

La arquitectura y ambientación es preciosa, una muy buena ventaja que sea únicamente para adultos si vas con pareja únicamente

Desafortunadamente el bar principal estaba en remodelación, se abrió un bar en el lobby pero creo yo pueden hacer algo mejor para mejorar la experiencia para los que queremos pasar la noche ahí
