The hotel is situated very close to Laxman jhula. One of the best stays in Tapovan. The hotel is very neat and clean, the staff are very polite and helpful. The facilities provided are top notch. The food served is also very tasty and the view on the rooftop is also great.

The owner was in touch constantly to ensure our guests are accomodated well. Rooms were spacious, clean and at a convenient location.

The hotel has great potential. Good, clean rooms. Nice balconies. A roof terrace with a view and comfortable mattresses. This potential is completely ruined by the manager's incompetence. He allows other guests to party in the hallway until 3 a.m., with very loud music and smoking and drinking hotel guests right outside my room door. Despite my repeated complaints, he did nothing and failed to get the problem under control. I stayed at this hotel for an extended period, and these incidents occurred at least three times in one week. Since I was hoping it would stop, as he had repeatedly promised me that it would, I didn't change hotels. The manager is more concerned with his cell phone instead of worrying about the guests' sleep. It would be fair to write on Booking that this is a party hotel for young Indians. Not for tourists who want to sleep at night.
