Compact But Cozy Too

This place is a dump! We did not stay there as upon our arrival it is in a bad neighborhood and is a half way house type of establishment! When we arrived we were given a code to enter the facility and there where live roaches in the room we where supposed to sleep in. There is a shared bathroom space along with a kitchen. We immediately left this place upon arriving and seeing this after traveling 2 days we had to find another hotel late in the night that could take us. This place Should not be on Booking at all! We have requested full refund as we did not stay there! I was so upset and felt so unsafe let alone how run down and dirty this place is!

No way to improve this place totally unsafe, dirty and rundown!

It’s a family house which was separated into a few rooms.

Gute ruhige Lage, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über die Gegebenheiten vor Ort.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir hatten das gleiche Quartier bereits 1x gebucht unter einem anderen Namen, Quiet and comfortable, da war das Zimmer größer und in Ordnung. Das hätten wir uns beim 2.Aufenthalt auch erwartet, da der Preis auch der gleiche war.

Good value for money. Bus to central downtown was only 5 mins walk and only $1

I wasn’t too clear on what I could have in the kitchen, and I didn’t realise no one else was using the bathroom except me. That could have been invaluable information for me

Great wifi.

Its in the middle of nowhere. No closeby store or restaurant to walk for food. There’s no desk and chair for work or for eating. You would think its a good deal bec of the price. But when you think of it, but when you think of it you are compromising so much. First, you are trying to be considerate in everyway. Trying not make any noises when walking around the house. Second, im here for work and theres not desk and chair in the room. And the kitchen is not a good place to stay long for work. Or outside when its cold and dark. And lastly, so much noise especially when people are walking around upstairs. I couldnt sleep well.
