Compact But Cozy Too

Place is clean and has washer and dryer.

I arrive when I said I was going to between 5-6, was like 10 mins early. Could not gain entry to building, had to call, oh the room isn't ready yet we can refund you or have housekeeping come in like a half hour. Guy comes and let's me in, had to hangout in the kitchen and wait for him to clean the room. This place is noisy, nothing remotely soundproof about it the post says no pets but somebody had a dog that kept barking, lots of outside noise, noisy guests, could not get good rest here. The fire extinguisher upstairs doesn't have an inspection tag and needs recharged. Uncomfortable bed I wanted a cheap room for a night and that's exactly what I got I would have stayed in an actual hotel or an Air BnB but now I know

Very accommodating for last minute rental.

Nice and quiet. Any interactions with other guests are always friendly and met with a smile. Property staff is very helpful, accommodating and friendly too. Shaligo Homes are truly one of a kind shared living in Anchorage.

The accommodation met our expectations, and the price/performance ratio is appropriate. We appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable bed.

In the small room, we would have appreciated more storage space, such as a small table or chair, especially in the 'closet.' A disadvantage of the accommodation was the very thin walls. Guests in another room were quite noisy at night, and we could really hear every sound. We would also appreciate more basic equipment in the kitchen, such as a kitchen knife, cutting board, dish towel, and cloth for the kitchen counter.

Very convenient, not a whole place that’s pricey but a nice private room for the night!

It was clean.

Parking. TV didn't work. Bed was not comfortable. Honestly...it's needs some attention outside. It looked junky. We couldn't tell if this was the hostel...or someone's unkept house.
