Bare bones cheap for Anchorage, in good neighborhood. Good place to spend a night or two on a budget. Easy in/easy out; close to Costco, gas stations, and several restaurants; and there are bus lines that pass by on Bragaw St. nearby.

House was very cold, had to sleep with clothes on. Walls were thin and could hear everything neighbors were doing, had problems with loud music. Host could’ve been a little friendlier but was mostly cool. Bed was a little flimsy and uncomfortable, I could feel the bed frame a little when lying down.

"Better than hotel. Feels like being home!"

Everything about this place is simple and exceptional. The amenities like washer and dryer and your own kitchen far surpass anything a hotel can offer. On site management has everything running perfectly and any need is taken care of instantly. This ought to be a standard for people to have choices beyond busy hotel parking and lounges. Felt like home!
