L emplacement est proche du centre a pied Petit déjeuner correct (pas le choix des boissons , café au lait.. mais très bonnes crepes) apporté en chambre

Dommage qu il n y ai pas un espace autour de la piscine pour s installer Sinon très bien

We were very grateful for the 6 AM early check-in, which the staff accommodated due to availability. The rooms were surprisingly spacious—much larger than expected—and the hotel offers fantastic value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay.

They offer two types of complimentary breakfast, which adds great value to the stay. However, the food would have been much better if it had been served hot.

It’s very near to mat farm sapa and moana cafe! Just walking distance.

However if you go to Sun Plaza, the road from The Upper House Sapa is steep so you have to ready your feet if you walk up to Sun Plaza.

Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Staff let us check in at 3am.

The pool looks nothing like the photos and hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Close to main town but it is a steep walk uphill.
