Location is close to the City Center.

Hotel is located on steep slopes and a very narrow road. The taxi did not want to dive all the way to the gate, we had to walk 150 meters with luggage on steep slope. Breakfast was sandwich and coffee. Bread was dry and cold, eggs and coffee were cold.

The views were magnificent when the fog had faded. There was a rooftop pool and they had electric blankets on the beds which was a nice touch as Sapa was very cold when we visited. They brought breakfast to us in bed also!

Camera super umida, fredda , piena di muffa, senza riscaldamento o almeno un deumidificatore, ho fatto la doccia fredda due sere di fila perché era finita l’acqua calda con un freddo mostruoso dentro la stanza

We were really exited for our stay. But it changed fast when we got our room. It was dirty on the floor, the bed had stains but our biggest concern was the mold. Why wouldn’t you clean it of the wall and the chair before your know a guest is coming? I get that it’s coming back because of the wet climate up in the mountains. But it’s not okey to give a moldy room to a guest. We got our money back and the receptionist were really kind. That was the only good thing.

Man kommt nur über eine sehr steile Straße zu dem Hotel. Unser Fahrer konnte dort nicht fahren.
