Perfect location, very quiet. Accomodation was exceptional, spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms, complimentary drink,snacks,cake. Elsa our host could not have been more friendly and helpful.

I booked this accommodation for my grandparents (tea & coffee) as I live in shipdham and they are from Woodbridge. This is their second stay at primrose cottage, they love it there. They are always overwhelmed by the hosts kindness, the warmth of the property and the overall facilities. Will book again for them.

Literally can't fault this place!! The bedroom is Huge and the bed is so comfortable. The lounge is so cozy and everything is well thought out. Elsa the host is a legend!!!

"A beautiful countryside escape"

This is a beautiful property with so many thoughtful details for a perfect relaxing escape. The property is incredibly spacious-- even more so than it looks in the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I have never stayed in a place so well stocked with amenities, they have thought of absolutely everything you could need. The kitchen in particular is incredibly well thought out and had every utensil we could wish for. We really enjoyed our stay here and found ourselves wishing we had booked for longer. The hosts are wonderfully friendly and really helpful. The complimentary finishing touches were so thoughtful and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here (and have already booked to return ourselves).
