"A hidden gem"

The photos don't do it justice. It is a lovely cottage. The little extras they did were very much appreciated after a long drive. It was a home from home. Excellent value for money. A lovely hidden gem.

Elsa, the host was superb. So friendly, helpful and happy to accommodate all of our wishes. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Complementary milk, tea, coffee, cereals etc. as well as all complementary toiletries. Excellent.

Lovely warm welcome from Elsa. Loads of little extras around the house. The house was immaculate & so comfortable. Very quiet, rural location.

Everything was brilliant to the little touches, our host were lovley, the place was brilliant with everything you need, local pub filled with lovley people and town just down the road great for a bit of shopping cant say a bad word what a truly beautiful place

The location is very peaceful. The accommodation is extremely well maintained and very comfortable. Lots of space. Appreciated the little touches, such as bottles of water and breakfast items. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return.

"A rustic home from home."

I was wary at first because of such an affordable price for a whole house! We arrived and were met by the very friendly and bubbly Elsa. She is an extremely welcoming and warm host and welcomed us to our "home". She had thought of everything, from hot chocolate and marshmallows, to a library (you read that right!) bottles of water by the bed, little chocolates next to the bed, cereal, milk, and free snacks. The house is very spacious, very clean and extremely cosy with a gorgeous fireplace and a comfortable bed. There's an ironing board, extra pillows and a hairdryer - we were only staying for one night, sadly, but you could easily stay there for a week as all the essentials are there. When I read the reviews, I thought it was too good to be true, but it was that good my partner wanted to move in.

It was perfect.
