NEW BARN CONVERSION WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB

Loved everything about this property. Communications were great, it was clean and tidy and had a ‘home from home’ set up. There wasn’t anything we needed. Hot tub and accommodation was spotlessly clean. Beds extremely comfortable. It was spacious and the welcome book had lots of great information about the local area. We visited the Beehive pub close by and the food was great. We were welcomed with fresh eggs and other breakfast items which was lovely. Felt very at home with nature with chickens and sheep roaming close by and great views. Would definitely return. It was the perfect, quiet getaway we needed. Thank you

There was lovely fresh food provided which was great but we felt we needed to go shopping before we cooked - no butter / air fryer liners etc which would have made cooking easier

Perfect stay. Really clean, and everything you need for a great stay. Comfy beds and a nice sunny garden (friendly chickens and nosy sheep a welcome bonus). We loved it!

Was in a quiet location, but not to far away from shops if needed. Nicely decorated, very nice for a place to get away from normal life.

The location was perfect , quiet and rural. Very clean and well equipped , warm and homely and very nicely decorated . We loved the views and outside space including the hottub . Communication with hosts perfect & a great book with info and walks in the area. A fabulous welcome pack and fresh eggs

We had to come home !

The hot tub was amazing! Very private and absolutely stunning views. Not too far away from anything. And plenty of walks around the location & surrounding areas. The farm was so beautiful, with pets just running around, happy to greet you & come for a fuss. The chickens looked & sounded so happy. We even got fresh eggs for breakfast. Lovely sights to see from horses running around in the paddocks to sheep wandering about nearby. The barn was fully equipped with everything you should need for cooking, eating & drinking. Tablets for the dishwasher and cloths/sponges/tea towel. My only request would be some cleaning spray to wipe the kitchen down on departure. Everything was so well thought out, little touches that make all the difference! A makeup removal area with dressing table & mirror was so helpful as I forgot my mirror and hairbrush. The drawers under the dressing table have a hairdryer and large comb which I thought was spot on. They could do with an instruction manual though for the coffee machine, the washer/ dryer and heating appliances, as i found them difficult to navigate - if there was one, I can only apologise as I did look through the guide book and couldn't find anything relating to them. It was such a perfect place and we will definitely be back 💛

Large candle on the table not working & no fresh batteries to replace. It was a lovely feature for eating dinner rather than bright lights so this was a lovely touch if it worked. It needed a really good clean too! Also the salt lamp under the TV didn't work which was disappointing, probably just a bulb needed replacing. Some cobwebs behind curtains when opening in bedrooms and living room, and a few stains on the mattress topper & bedding. Other than that it really was such an amazing place to stay.

Spacious, rural quiet location.

The heating was cold on arrival(set to 9 degrees) and took ages to warm up. It also was on timer so kept resetting to 9 degrees. The hot tub, which was an optional extra, was at a maximum of 38 degrees which with the wind and ice around was not warm enough for us.
