The location it's great,very quiet, we saw hares, a fox and lots of birds, even a Robin The host was very very friendly, explained everything in detail, he even was waiting for us with a boiled kettle, fresh flowers around the lodge.The lodge it's equipped with everything you need!!Spotless clean!!

These lodges are in a beautiful location. They are clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Thanks to James for making us so very welcome including having the kettle on on arrival. We had a great stay, and our dog Rex had a wonderful time running around the field chasing the rabbits!

Excellent quality furnishings , everything you could possibly need - any questions handled personally by fabulous host . Country views with easy access to Durham city centre. Situated behind a garden center offering food & discounted produce . Just lovely & we will be back .

Absolutely nothing

Everything was so beautiful, the location was perfect and the lodge well what can i say it is beautiful and immaculate and very modern. The host James was amazing nothing was too much trouble, he is very warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend will definately be returning.

The owner of these cabins, Mark, met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The cabins were meticulously clean and had everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. What Mark has done with the cabins is wonderful! Location is great for getting into Durham city centre and having a garden centre a short walk away was very handy for breakfast. We only had 1 nights stay to celebrate our anniversary, but will definitely be returning for a longer period. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic location, in the grounds of the garden centre, near the river and close to fab walks. Quiet, great views. Property was well equipped, modern and as described.
