The entry key code was not provided at the expected time. Although we initially received a message, the boarding pass link had been removed. When we arrived at the property, we had to call the hotline several times. It was a very cold day, and after 4–5 calls, someone finally returned our call and sent the key code. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for us.

A bit dearer than I would have liked but a wonderful stay. The cleaning fee seemed a bit expensive considering we left it clean and tidy. There didn't seem to be any wheelie bins for our use.
