"Great apartment, rough location"

Lovely apartment, immaculately clean. Easy to find, simple check in.

Location is great for being in the city centre but also in a very rough area and unsettling, didn't feel safe leaving my car

"Superb"

The apartment was lovely. We highly recommend it and we will be pleased to come again! The location is perfect, close to the centre. We did not have to take the bus, we have just walked. The apartmet has a real spirit of a typical English house.

Brilliant location just off Stokes Croft. Beautiful place with comfortable rooms and nice light bright decor.

Parking was a bit of an issue…couldn’t find any free parking spaces so had to park a 20 minute walk away

We loved every minute of our stay at the old wire factory. Like Bristol itself, it is quirky, arty & upside down with the living area upstairs. The area itself was extremely quiet yet only a short walk into the centre. It is spotlessly clean & beds are very comfy. I highly recommend a stay here & would come back in a heartbeat. Good job Tim!

Great facilities, very modern and tastefully decorated,very comfy beds. Good communication with host.

Host set up parking permits, but finding a space was not so easy.needed a couple of laps of the area.
