Spacious, bright, great beds. Location is perfect - I love this neighbourhood. It never felt unsafe. Truly amazing restaurants and the best fresh bread and veg just around the corner.

On entering the house the muddy floor of a shared hallway was perhaps not the best first impression, but the house itself was very clean.

Lovely little detached place, on 3 floors. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Bristol. Hosts are easy to deal with & instructions straightforward

Excellent place to stay with lots of good restaurants etc in easy walking distance. A very well designed house fitted out to a high standard and with everthing that we needed. The lounge/kitchen at the top of the house was great, as was the master bedroom and the bathroom (very good shower) on the first floor. Very good contact with the owner who lives nearby, who provided us with a digital parking permit for the local area.

This did not affect us, but some some guests with mobility issues might find it difficult to navigate the three floors. Finding a suitable parking space was a little stressful but we always managed to find somewhere to park nearby.

Location was excellent. If you want the full-on Bristol experience then there is no better place to be! Tim was superbly responsive and particularly helpful. Parking is included with the apartment via a parking permit which Tim takes care of. This whole process was very smooth. Access and keys collection was a breeze and Tim was also able to offer early check-in which was also very helpful.

I have no criticisms what-so-ever. It was exactly as I hoped, but better, especially with regards to parking which can be tricky in Bristol.

Lovely little home in a great location! We loved the style of the decor, and it was all just very nice, clean and comfortable. Good communication with the host too, who kindly arranged a parking permit for us.

Everything, the accommodation had everything you would need, it's clean, modern and in a great location. Instructions are very clear, it was a lovely stay

The area around the property is a bit rough, but it won't put me off staying again as the accommodation was so good.

The house was comfortable, immaculately clean and well equipped. The location was on a little side street about 7 minutes from Quakers Friars and the Cabot Circus shopping area. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

We had no complains!
