No welcome hospitality...there were no small towel hand towels no glasses to drink water...and the main part no vegan food

The room was not clear. Found cockroaches in the bathroom , ac was leaking with water. Food was overly priced and not good in taste

Nothing as such

Very poor in cleanliness . The carpet inside the room is full of food droplets and stinks. Floors are not cleaned. Even the bed sheets are so uninvited with over used attires. Hotel needs high degree of renovation probably.
