As I have mobilty problems I looked for a single storey property and this did not disappoint. All on one level. Very well equipped accommodation. Dan (the owner) messaged me on arrival to make sure everything was OK. Would definitely go again and recommend 👌

The property was beautiful, really clean and in a lovely, quiet area. York centre was an easy drive to spend the day out! Owners were welcoming and helpful. We have no complaints!

The owners are the nicest people, they decorated for my partners birthday for him to walk into on arrival and he absolutely loved it - it has everything you could ever want and need !! it’s absolutely beautiful and I was so upset when we had to leave

Perfect for a weekend getaway.... we are hoping to come for a longer stay in the future Everything you needed, fully equipped for cooking in. Beautiful setting. Comfortable bed.

Only comment I would have is there was no blinds in the sitting room/kitchen area so of an evening time it seem a bit open. Having said that, that's my opinion and my preference. It was still beautiful

"Exceptional Stay - You need to try it yourself!"

I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough! The value for money is exceptional. You have the run of a house for the price of an inexpensive hotel room. All very new, very clean, quiet and with everything you need. This accommodation is new to market so I would take advantage of the competitive prices as the stay here is worth far more than the current price level!

"A lovely homely barn conversion 😊"

A really nice homely barn conversion, everything is pristine. Has everything you would need for relaxing break. Roughly about about 30 mins from York so it was perfectly situated for our trip. Would definitely stay again .
