Clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Excellent value!

Plenty of room and good service.

The rooms were cold due to being North facing and the driveway was very narrow and little room to turn the car around for getting out.

Firstly, I was extremely impressed with lovely couple providing the accommodation. Upon contacting them for some assistance with locating the property, they went above and beyond with their help in doing so. Furthermore, they helped me with the information I needed to locate the place that was my main reason for visiting this lovely area. The property wasn't what I was expecting, it was much more. Not only immaculately clean, warm, and tastefully presented, once I met the hosts and was shown around, I received total privacy which was required in order to absorb just how lovely the place is. Phill. and his lovely wife Toni are there if you need them, but trust me, all you require and more, is already there for your arrival. The only problem I had was that my stay was too short, I wished I had booked for a longer stay in what is a lovely part of the country and exceptional accommodation. I will most certainly return for a longer stay very soon and cannot recommend No.78 enough. I won't be adding any photos because you have to see it to believe it!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about it, it's remarkable!

I made a literal last second reservation just in a margin of 15 mins , the hosts were able to setup everything in a jiff and the arrangement was just perfect . I had to do a early checkout the following morning and i had hot tea and warm toast ready when at the exact time i requested it . They were really nice and helped me settle in. Wished i stayed a few more days . The rents is a little on the pricey side but the amneties you get make up for it ! It comes with access to a living room which is very cosy as well.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The private door was perfect for coming in late evenings. We felt safe in an area we didn’t know. We also loved the honesty box idea!

The only thing we would say would be maybe a washing up bowl to put our used mugs/spoons in. Not a complaint!!
