The Lodge at Woodend

The property was clean and presented beautifully. We had everything we needed for a short break. The communication with the owners was great and everything was how it was described. The view from the front of the property is breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet location, lovely views. Property is comfortable and has all the things you might require.

Wifi was slow so we tended to use our phones for internet connection. I couldn't get our devices to stream to the downstairs television for some reason. Don't think we had that problem last year. But minor matters really.

Lovely cottage. Owners live next door, but were barely seen. The kitchen is full. There are two separate living rooms: a small space downstairs and a larger one upstairs. The beds were comfortable. It is pleasant to watch the fog rise over the valley in the morning.

The toilet is not easy to flush. There was no salt in the kitchen. I prefer two pillows each.

Plenty of space inside the property, everything you could need in the kitchen/bathroom etc The place was sparkling clean, would recommend
