USThe staff was very communicative and friendly from arrival to departure. They picked us up from the train station and dropped us at the cruise port. The room and property were very clean.
MKVery friendly and helpful staff. They helped with the transfers (although a bit pricy and everything costs 30 eur :)) Nice and clean place.
It's far away from the city center and in a dodgy area. There isn't anything around, not even a small market near by to buy water. Although close to the port where cruise ships are.
USChiara went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We'll stay again next time we're in Civitavecchia!
CAGreat sun deck with some chairs , the other furniture was pallets with cushions and was not very comfortable after 20 mins or so!! But nice to sit outside on a nice day !! Because location is not close to town the ownership did give us a ride into town for a fee of 20.00 Euros both ways and did pick us up after dinner!! Lovely man!!!popi
It's located in a good spot for their other business of Park & Go for cars. As a Boutique Hotel there is nothing around it. No restaurants , No Convenience stores. There is a Grocery store a short walk away but they don't sell any cold drinks , so you're stuck with warm drinks until it gets cold in mini fridge!! Which is not the coldest to begin with. So after all that and getting it cold there was no wine glasses, just a dixie cup!!!!Very disappointed that in Wine Capital of the world that no glasses !!
USCAThe communication with staff was excellent! The room was very clean and modern! Initially it was a little difficult to find but the staff were available on whatsapp. Do not hesitate to book this. If you are going on a cruise this is an excellent place to stay and VERY secure!
ZAIt was immaculate and the most comfortable bed. The host Monia is excellent. So friendly and willing to assist with everything. I can’t fault it. Would be hard to find if you weren’t taken there. Excellent position if you are pre or post cruise.
There is nothing negative about this place
USVery clean, comfortable & safe. Everyone was so nice & answered our many questions & offered suggestions. We walked to restaurants & stores. Breakfast was continental but was adequate for us. We enjoyed communicating with the Italian lady serving the breakfast. She was so nice!
Taxi Cab driver dropped us off at the wrong location & a very nice lady saw us with our suitcases & found the hotel location down the street. However, this was not the hotel’s fault.
USStaff were very friendly and helpful. The provide a shuttle to the port which is very reasonable and convenient.
MXThey take advantage of tourism and charge a lot of money for transportation at this hotel
