USWe did not receive any breakfast it was included though. The staff was was going to give us some breakfast but they got into an accident.
We didn't get any breakfast.
USThe owners greeted us warmly and let us check in early. Not only did she bring us a snack, she returned later with sandwiches and more drinks. The place was secure and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The language barrier was not a problem with google translate. Nest day we were driven right to the cruise terminal. Totally worth the twenty euros. I hope we get to return someday.
The only thing I can think of would be a better/bigger sign. It was a bit difficult to locate but the nearby gas station attendant was very helpful and our driver from the airport was a very good sport.

SEBrand New as (staying In October 2024)! 10 min Walk from the Port/down Town area, Next to the main road, ok breakfast and super convenient for a couple of days stay.

CAProperty is new & was spotlessly clean. Chiara the property manager was easy to reach, responsive, friendly, & incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Only a 10 minute walk to Civitavecchia & great authentic pizza place. Shuttle to the cruise port was very convenient.

USReally nice breakfast. Much nicer than we expected. When we were walking to the location, we were a little concerned about the surroundings. Our map app did not take us directly to the property and we did not see a sign. But once we found the correct location, we were impressed with the security and the friendliness of the staff. What a great value for a clean room with private bath. We will definitely go back in the future.
We had a difficult time communicating because all communication goes through booking.com. When we would try to respond to a message, it would come back undelivered. Having a direct email address would have made the process better.
