The sayang sanur Team are fantastic, good atmosphere all around, very flexibleon any wishes or requests.

Loud neighboursthe last two days, but not the resorts fault.

Great choices for breakfast and I also liked that the restaurant offered either inclusive breakfast OR lunch which allowed us a good mix of meal options and times

Aircon leaked water on to the floor (which was attempted to be fixed while we were there which was fine).
