It was very spacious and the rooms were very comfortable

The doors were a bit annoying inside the appartment since they slammed, and we got some judgement from locals since it was a loyalist area and we had a southern reg car and we were wearing GAA jerseys

Accom did exactly as it says on the tin

Location was good. The accommodation felt safe and the size of the apartment was good

Some simple things could make this place so much better. The cleanliness was ok, the patio was full of cigarette butts and needed a good clean and some little areas needed fixing

A few things were broken in the apartment the blind in one of the bedrooms, some moulding on the floor, the laundry floor was not clean. The shower over the bath was extremely difficult to get water to come out of the showerhead rather than the tap. It was an awkward shower to use and I fell out of the shower, injuring myself.

Nothing Two days before our scheduled stay, I was repeatedly messaged and pressured into paying a £35 non-refundable Truvi deposit. Then, just one day before check-in, I was informed that my booking was being cancelled and was repeatedly asked to cancel it myself, despite the cancellation being initiated by them. I later received a phone call explaining that the previous guests had supposedly “damaged the pipes,” meaning the property was no longer available. The whole situation felt very unprofessional and did not seem genuine. The constant messages and the call came across as desperate and suspicious, which made the experience extremely stressful. We were left stranded at the last minute and had to urgently find alternative accommodation to save our holiday.

I loved the location. Really close walking distance to everything. The host was really great with communication. There was really not a single worry in my mind. Parkimg was literally downstairs.
