I had a very pleasant stay at New Mekar Jaya Hotel. The price-performance ratio was excellent and offered great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The swimming pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay that I would happily recommend.

Book a bungalow on the ground floor, you can’t hear the neighbors or road noise , with a view of a quiet garden, a pleasant room with good plumbing, clean, tidy. We were vacationing with a child, and it was very important to us that there was a beautiful, quiet area, which this hotel has. There is also a swimming pool, a cafe, massage, and a store right on the hotel grounds. The hotel owner is a very nice and sweet woman. The hotel staff were strong guys they helped us with our heavy luggage. We were satisfied with the service . Thank you.

I am over 60 and had to walk up very steep stairs to get to room 207. Only one working power point, had to get a power board from reception. Room had cups and a kettle but no coffee or tea.
