"Two night stay impacted by utilities having problems"

Comfortable house and beautiful location

The temperature was only 13.5 degrees when we arrived as there was an issue with the boiler. We contacted someone who said they would try to organise a plumber but if we were happy to fix it ourselves we could and sent a video on how to complete it. It took until 21:00 for the house to reach a comfortable temperature so we had to buy logs for the fire which were to be reimbursed but never were. The next evening the WiFi wasn't working and again we were asked if we could fix ourselves, we had to go down to another house to look at the WiFi extender. Again we got it fixed but it took away from our evening. We were disappointed by the lack of follow up as both evenings were impacted.

Property was lovely location, so cosy and really great facilities including Hottub!! Was amazing that the beach was at our back door! Will 100% be back. Great for a wee family or couples night away

Had a few issues with wifi meaning we couldn’t connect to watch Netflix movies in the evening. But brilliant stay and this wouldn’t impact our lovely time
