The wood Guest house

I didnt like anything about the place. Electricity went off at 22h00 and never returned. My phones were flat with battery abd couldnt recharge. We could bath in the morning due to no hot water. We were in the dark . The room felt used just before we entered. I reported to staff member and he lied about loadshedding while the street lights were on and the neighbours had outside lights on I had to make arrangements for bathing whivh meant i paid yet another money

The staff members are friendly n helpful, the accommodation is very comfortable n suitable foe weekend getaways. Till next time i will call again.

No remote for the gate and one has to always struggle in order to get in

It is quiet and the reception that assisted me was too kind

Find my room already prepared,a booklet of terms and conditions with my wifi Password inside. Receptionist should remain at the reception and manage the reception area to avoid hooting at the gate. Each room should have air freshener and tissue. Please alert stuff to speak in English to minimize muss communication
