False advertising. Room advertised on the above picture is not the room we found. There is also a roach infestation. WiFi connection was bad. Loud noise of people fornicating .

I like the staff members excluding the manager. I love the outside area.

I like the staff members excluding the manager. The manager is not approachable and his not humane to others. We are from Potchefstroom and we couldn't reach out to our driver due to network issues so we asked one of the stuff members to keep our belongings safe for us as we are waiting for our transport. The manager came to ask us if we are extending the room where our belongings are at and after getting the response he was so furious and went to confront the stuff member to tell us to take them out.Our double room wasn't spacious enough. You said the kitchen was shared, but there isn't really a kitchen there but the one the staff uses, and it's not clean. We had to ask for towels, actually everything including the air freshener which we were told that they don't give to the guests🚮 so how are we supposed to breathe after going to the toilet? You need to also improve your bathroom as a whole. No bathing utensils? That's not a way to approach clients/guests. No water or coffee makers to welcome us? You can do better.

I liked the location of the guesthouse it is close to the CBD and best take away is that you can easily go to the Union Buildings and enjoy your day.

I did not like the shower of the room because it was leaking, and it spills the water all over the bathroom and it wasn't easy to get something to wipe the floor with. I would have liked it if there was something to wipe the floor with. there was too much noise from other guests that were present.
