The fact that when I got to the property I was informed they are fully booked , they knew they are fully booked but they never communicated, how do you accept walkin bookings not checking bookings from booking.com / Agoda nd etc. I paid on booking com a week prior to be told they are fully booked. U was then sent to another lodge which apparently they work together

They not welcoming, not friendly. No access of going out and in. Check in time was supposed to be 11 but I check in around 2 after I fought with them . Service is poor

It's close to most places ,like Parliament

The place doesn't have coffee or tea bags,dirty sheets ,no kitchen sink you use bathroom water ,no remotes for TVs,doors are damaged ,mattress are dirty ,I booked for 2 days but was not given toilet paper and no sheets were changes ,rooms were not cleaned .
