料金が安い

床が汚れていた。髪の毛、ホコリ、空のペットボトル等… 自分でクイックルワイパーを買って拭き掃除をしたくらい汚かったです。

Ligging

Futons erg hard en hoogslaper piept en kraakt bij bewegen. Eerder vertrokken vanwege dit geluid en de harde futons

清潔で良かったです。ハンガーが多かったのもよかった。

ロフトにコンセントがなかった。

お風呂トイレが別で、脱衣所もしっかりあったとこです。浴室乾燥もあり、洗濯後浴室に干せました。 　清掃も綺麗にされてました。

洗濯ができ、浴室乾燥もあるのですが、ハンガーが少なすぎて人数が多いときは足りません。もう少し増やしてもらいたいです。　洗濯バサミもあると助かるとおもいます。 　ソファーもベッドになりますが、使い込んでるのか、中の骨組みが布団を使ってもダイレクトにあたり、寝ることには使用できませんでした。 　それくらいだと思います

設備 新しいこともあり清潔感がある

立地 博多駅から徒歩20分 夜中福岡着だとバスを使っても同じくらいの時間のため意外と遠いという印象が強かった 設備(防音) 上下左右の宿泊客の声ともの音が響く おそらく建物の作り上 設備(その他) 居間の真ん中の机からアクセスできるコンセントが無い テレビ台の後ろにあるコンセントから引くことになるが、1.5-2mのコードがないと机とソファでpc作業するのが少し難しい 設備(ドア) 外出時にドアがオートロックしないときがあるので、何度かトライして閉まったことをちゃんと確認してから離れる必要があった

Nice little place. The kids love sleeping on the japanese floor bed which was up some stairs in the apartment. The place has a washing machine which was really handy and a fridge and hob. The location was excellent for us just a 10 min walk from Hakata station, the apartment was across the way from a playground which our kids loved.

Some more cutlery and bigger plates for eating. A thicker mattress for the bunk bed would be ideal.

Though there is about 20 minutes walk from Hakata Station, it is easy to find and the road condition is satisfactory. Room is clean with quiet environment. At least three convenient stores are nearby and a supermarket for 5+ minutes walking distance.

The upper deck of bunk bed makes noises even just turning the body a little bit and it had disturbed sleeping. The refrigerator seems to be under functioning (above 4+ degrees celsius) that the foods store insides are at risk of going bad! Also, the tablewares are not adequate; there are no bowl, the spoons are plastic ones, the small plates and the cups are not sure if they are microwavable that even light meals preparing are not desirable.

Good location, about 10 minute walk to Hakata station and on good bus routes. Spacious for two people. Nice shower, washing machine (no dryer though) and everything included

No sound proofing at all, people staying in room next door were loud and sounded like they were in the room with us. The futon beds are uncomfortable, as is the sofa bed. Luckily we were only two people so could stack them up but for a family of 5 this wouldn’t be a comfortable night sleep.
