The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Main Street in Tam Coc, so perfect to explore but still a nice peaceful stay. The hotel staff are incredible, especially the hotel manager. She is genuinely one of the loveliest people we’ve come across, incredibly friendly, helpful and had fantastic recommendations for things to do - Nothing was too much and she went out of her way to ensure we had the best stay. Would 100% recommend staying here.

I can only agree with the other positive reviews: a wonderful, warm host who really goes out of her way to look after each guest. The tours we booked through her were brilliant – a very good English-speaking guide! She also arranged transport for us. The accommodation is a five-minute walk from the main road and is pleasantly quiet.

Hotel manager is a lovey women. Great location set just back from the main road and within walking distance to Tam Coc centre. Nice selection of local foods offered for breakfast and also à la carte offered.

Rooms were on the small side and no elevator to reach the rooms which meant lots of stairs lol. Pool was half indoors and was like ice!

One of the highlights was how helpful they were with recommendations. Whether I was looking for local restaurants, cultural spots, or hidden gems around the area, the staff provided thoughtful suggestions that really enhanced my trip. It felt like getting insider tips rather than generic tourist advice. The room itself was spotless and very well-maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it made settling in that much more relaxing. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the small details—was in great condition. Beyond that, the hotel had a calm and pleasant atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The amenities were convenient and well thought out, and I especially appreciated the quiet environment and efficient service throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, service, and value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Eine super freundliche Inhaberin gibt gern Tipps und kümmert sich umgehend bei Anfragen/Problemen. Ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen, schöne Zimmer. Einzig eine Sitzgelegenheit fehlt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il est quelques minutes (3min) de la rue principale, tout en étant en retrait, ce qui donne un calme absolu. Chambre très confortable et propre. Madame Ha est très accueillante, chaleureuse, bienveillante, elle s'exprime assez bien en français ce qui n'est pas négligeable ! Elle nous a indiqué tous ce qu'il y a à visiter et fait son possible pour que notre séjour se passe à merveilles. Très bon petit déjeuner. Milles merciiii encore pour tout....
